These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by Dental Demand Studio ("Dental Demand Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What This Site Is
The Site markets our dental practice patient-acquisition services and lets prospective clients request a growth call. The Site itself does not create a client relationship or a binding service agreement between you and Dental Demand Studio.
2. Marketing Claims & the Guarantee
Statements on this Site — including pricing, program details, and our 90-day / 30-qualified-opportunity guarantee — describe our standard offer and are provided for general informational purposes. They are not the complete or final terms of any engagement. The definitive scope of work, guarantee conditions, fees, and obligations between Dental Demand Studio and a client are set out exclusively in a separate, signed service agreement. If anything on this Site conflicts with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorized access to it, interfering with its normal operation, scraping content at scale, or submitting the growth-call form with false or fraudulent information.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Dental Demand Studio or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, scheduling or analytics tools). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or services.
