Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 9, 2026
Dental Demand Studio ("Dental Demand Studio," "we," "us," or "our") operates this website (the "Site") to market our dental practice patient-acquisition services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or submit a form, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you submit our growth-call form, we collect your name, dental practice name, email address, and phone number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we (and the third-party services listed below) automatically collect certain data when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general location, typically through cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and schedule a growth call
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site
- To measure the performance of our advertising campaigns, including Google Ads
- To send you information about our services, if you've asked to hear from us
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
3. Mobile/SMS Messaging Program
If you submit our growth-call form, we'll follow up by email about your inquiry regardless. Text messaging is separate and optional: our form includes an unchecked box you can choose to select if you'd also like SMS updates about scheduling and follow-up. Checking that box is never required to submit the form, book a call, or receive a response from us. If you do opt in, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us using the details below; reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.
4. Cookies & Third-Party Services
We use cookies and similar technologies, and we work with third-party service providers who may set their own cookies to help us understand how the Site is used and to measure advertising performance. These providers include, or may in the future include:
- Google Ads — conversion tracking and remarketing for our paid search campaigns
- Google Analytics (GA4), loaded via Google Tag Manager — site usage analytics
- Microsoft Clarity, loaded via Google Tag Manager — session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors use the Site
- GoHighLevel — customer relationship management, scheduling, and follow-up communication once you submit a form
- Cloudflare Turnstile — a silent, invisible check that runs when you submit our growth-call form, to help protect the Site against spam and abuse. It does not display any visible challenge. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Policy for details on how it processes data.
Where required, we present a cookie consent tool that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; note that blocking cookies may affect how the Site functions.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information with the service providers listed above solely to operate the Site and deliver our services, and we may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
6. Data Retention
We retain form submissions and related communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver our services, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
7. Your Choices & Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing communications at any time, by contacting us using the details below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to know what data we hold and to request its deletion. We will honor valid requests consistent with applicable law.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for dental practice owners and business decision-makers. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under 18.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly.
